REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/Academic level required
  • Strong proven relevant work experience
  • Experience and ability to work in a global matrix organization
  • Thorough knowledge of UK labour law and legislation
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Accurate, excellent eye for details
  • A self-starter, ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and manage their workload
  • Proactive, flexible working attitude
  • Flexibility of approach to people and situations, good social skills.

Responsibilities:

Providing advice and guiding management and individuals on organisation design, culture, engagement, employee development, legislation, organisation change and/or company HR policies and procedures for UK & Irland relating to:
 Behavioural standards of all employees.
 Performance management; discipline, sickness, absence, recruitment, grievances and all other HR issues
 Protection of confidential information as per the Norgine Data Integrity Policy
 Knowledge of new developments in legislation and case law
 Develop and deliver in conjunction with the HR Business Partner Commercial & BD HR projects
 Discuss, propose and implement short / medium / long-term development plans, in conjunction with functions management
 Plan and undertake specified projects as required, e.g. to improve HR Systems and processes and the level of service delivery; Gallup Engagement Survey
 Continuously look to improve and develop other HR practices and maintain and develop personal and professional abilities.
