REQUIREMENTS
- BA/Academic level required
- Strong proven relevant work experience
- Experience and ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Thorough knowledge of UK labour law and legislation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Accurate, excellent eye for details
- A self-starter, ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
- Ability to prioritise and manage their workload
- Proactive, flexible working attitude
- Flexibility of approach to people and situations, good social skills.
Responsibilities:
Providing advice and guiding management and individuals on organisation design, culture, engagement, employee development, legislation, organisation change and/or company HR policies and procedures for UK & Irland relating to:
Behavioural standards of all employees.
Performance management; discipline, sickness, absence, recruitment, grievances and all other HR issues
Protection of confidential information as per the Norgine Data Integrity Policy
Knowledge of new developments in legislation and case law
Develop and deliver in conjunction with the HR Business Partner Commercial & BD HR projects
Discuss, propose and implement short / medium / long-term development plans, in conjunction with functions management
Plan and undertake specified projects as required, e.g. to improve HR Systems and processes and the level of service delivery; Gallup Engagement Survey
Continuously look to improve and develop other HR practices and maintain and develop personal and professional abilities.
