Oversee day-to-day global HR operations ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract changes, terminations, and payroll coordination
Draft and review employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide first-line support to HR Business Partners in handling sensitive and complex employee relations cases (e.g., investigations, disciplinaries, and dismissals)
Partner with Store Managers to advise on HR policies, labor regulations, and local requirements (e.g., visas, working hours, sick leave documentation)
Lead efforts to improve and standardize HR processes, templates, SOPs, and compliance checklists across regions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and ensure documentation meets audit standards
Monitor and manage absence reporting and leave administration, including long-term sick leave, parental leave, and holiday tracking
