We’re now searching for a Senior HR Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating our HR function to new heights.
As a member of the leadership team, you will not only manage HR operations but also play a pivotal role in leading and delivering our people agenda. Your influence will extend beyond managing teams, you will be a trusted advisor to the executive team, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our ambitions business objectives and driving a market competitive colleague proposition. You will be responsible for enhancing our HR systems, processes and ensuring compliance as well as playing a vital role in driving Minster’s success as a leading law firm.
HR Leadership and Transformation – Lead operational excellence, managing a high performing team and working with the leadership team to drive the people agenda.
HR Operations – Leading a HR team, overseeing the full end to end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, performance, learning and development and offboarding.
Talent and Culture – Build an employer brand that attracts and retain top talent, champion our values and enhance our colleague proposition and experience.
Systems and Compliance – Oversee the HR information system (driving automation), payroll and benefits whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance at a corporate level.
Data driven decision making – Leveraging analytics to inform workforce planning, engagement strategies, business reporting and optimise operational process efficiencies.
Continuous Improvement – Lead HR initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency and cultural transformation.
