JOB OVERVIEW:

Jereh North American Group is seeking a Human Resource Recruiter with a strong focus on talent acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding efforts across the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors. This role will play a critical part in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with industry-specific labor regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment roles to identify qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and working with field-based and corporate employees.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific hiring regulations across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Manufacturing operations.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through job fairs, industry networking, and social media recruitment efforts.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience to improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Provide general HR support, including policy communication, employee relations, and benefits coordination as needed.
