JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. This position requires a strong background in human resources, recruiting, and employee relations, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, iCIMS) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
  • Familiarity with employee relations practices and training & development initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates across various industries.
  • Experience with sales techniques is a plus, particularly in lead generation for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to expand the talent pool.
  • Utilize HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, or UltiPro for managing employee data and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide training and development support for new recruiters on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources.
