Job Title: Senior HR Field Representative
Location: Roanoke Rapids, NC

JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION:

Supports one or more locations in all day to day HR topics; onboarding, advising management and supervisors in HR related topics, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, terminations, local day to day industrial relations management, employee relations, supports HR Management in talent management processes and change management.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support and advise local management in all day to day HR topics. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and KMT policies
  • Help to build positive employee relations and atmosphere through KMT programs
  • Manage local industrial relations requirements together with line management.
  • Provide input in creation of execution plans to supply strategy. Executes tasks in support of department goals

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • In depth professional knowledge and expertise of a specialized field or multiple disciplines.

TYPICAL EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 year secondary degree, plus advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years in discipline.
