AUTOMATE & OPTIMIZE HR OPERATIONS AT SCALE

We are looking for a Senior HR RPA Developer to drive full-scale automation of our HR processes and optimize operational efficiency. This role will focus on automating workflows, integrating HR systems, and eliminating manual processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
As part of our HR People Tech and Development Team, you will leverage RPA, APIs, scripting, and automation tools to streamline everything from onboarding and payroll to compliance tracking and performance management. We are tool-agnostic and welcome any technology that gets the job done—whether it’s UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Zapier, or custom-built solutions.
