With a team of over 1,400 colleagues spread across multiple countries, we are building an HR function that is globally minded and future-focused. We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to play a key role in supporting our growth journey for an effective international HR structure. This is an exciting moment to join us and contribute to building initiatives that shape the future of HR within our organization.
This hybrid role will support all HR functions, including HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. Collaborating closely with the EU based Sr. HRBP and the North American HR team, you will work to drive people initiatives, foster strong partnerships, and deliver operational excellence. This position is critical in shaping our employee experience and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
The role requires a commitment to operational excellence and the ability to balance two priorities: creating scalable policies and procedures that support growth while ensuring our employees have an exceptional experience.
As a trusted Sr HR Specialist, you will set a high standard of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability, supporting both individual development and broader organizational goals.
