ABOUT THE COMPANY:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD are preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive HR and office management experience, with at least 2 years of experience in UAE.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good level in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

The Sr. HR Specialist This role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting performance management and employee development initiatives. It also includes contributing to HR policy design, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and overseeing office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on full-cycle recruitment activities in collaboration with the hiring managers.
• Support in the design, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and organizational needs.
• Work on smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Support on performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and career development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training and development plans for each team member that enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes related to employee records and documents.
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Support in creating attractive compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records., using HRIS.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is friendly, organized, and all resources are available.
• Keep up to date with the best HR practices.
