REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional HR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of solid experience in an HR role, including at least 3 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
