JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the HR Systems & Controlling Team, the Senior HR Systems & Controlling Specialist is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and managing HR-related costs and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. Additionally this person is responsible for co-owning, administering and continuously optimizing Storyblok’s core HR systems. This role involves creating HR reports for impactful planning and decision making. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in maintaining, evaluating and implementing new systems and modules, offering internal consultancy and guidance to external stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Prior 4+ years working with/implementing HR systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse is a plus, but not required) with a focus on scale-up environments, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Prior experience with HR controlling (budget planning, cost evaluation, reporting)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Systems thinking skills and basic knowledge of APIs
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and build partnerships where solutions are built with vendor consultancy and support

  • Good knowledge of applicable compliance & data privacy laws (GDPR and other relevant)
