Job Description YOUR RESPONSABILITIES As an HR Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on HR software solutions, implementing HR technology, and optimizing HR systems to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, HR analytics, and digital transformation. Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems. Provide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices. Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration. Train HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies.
