Our HR Digital team is currently seeking a Senior HR Technology Consultant in our Worcester, Ma location with hybrid work arrangements (2 days in the office). This is a full time, exempt role.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior HR Technology Consultant serves as a strategic partner and systems expert within our HR function. This role will lead the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex HR technologies. This role serves as a trusted advisor for COEs and HR leadership connecting the dots across initiatives and requests, and recommending technology solutions that align with and enable broader business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on employee experience, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members to elevate the effectiveness of HR technology across the enterprise.

Employee Experience & Change Management

  • Lead communication strategies and build employee experience layers and integrations.
  • Design and execute change management initiatives to support adoption and clarity

Responsibilities

HR Systems

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR technology platforms
  • Configure and maintain complex systems, including release management, testing, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with COEs to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity while creating a positive employee experience
  • Serve as a liaison for interfaces with third parties and other stakeholders
  • Manage third-party interfaces and stakeholder communications
  • Lead HR technology projects, including timelines, deliverables, and training Manage projects, timelines, communications, and deliverables

Consulting & Strategy

  • Act as a strategic advisor, connecting initiatives across HR and recommending cohesive technology solutions through facilitation, identification and documentation of business process requirements
  • Translate complex business requirements into technology solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, vendor updates, and best practices to inform HR strategy
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to governance processes
