QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of functional experience, ideally in large and complex implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

You will contribute to the management and improvement of HR Technology processes (specifically focusing on SuccessFactors) - identifying areas for automation, documenting processes and working side by side with the Senior HR Technology Manager and wider IT / HR teams on special HR Technology projects. You will align HR and business requirements with HR technology best practices and implement effective solutions within SuccessFactors and other / related systems. You will help us to ensure we have the people data and HR technology processes we need to make informed business decisions.
As a Senior SuccessFactors Application Specialist, you will work closely with the HR Technology Manager to collaborate on and deliver various projects and assignments. This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to agreed-upon work activities and targets. You will be an integral part of a partnership focused on achieving project goals through consistent collaboration and proactive engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing first line of support in troubleshooting all SuccessFactors (and other HR Information Systems) issues.
  • Monitor day-to-day system operation, including interfaces between SuccessFactors and other internal/external systems. Acting as a point of contact for any major local critical incidents and working with the various team(s) to get them resolved.
  • Analyzing data and identifying opportunities to improve our business processes through HR Systems automation. Advising on / creating standard reports.
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and deliver value through our HR technology.
  • Creating and updating guidelines, communications and training materials on HR information systems and HR reporting.
  • Researching and resolving HRIS problems in areas such as Employee Time Off (e.g. accrual calculations, prorata).
  • Addressing / resolving data inconsistencies, adhoc requests for help from stakeholders, data transfer issues, process flaws. Recommending solutions or alternatives to meet business needs.
  • Acting as a champion of our global HR technology solutions. Review change requests as required.
