Manage the HR relationship with the business stakeholders for the assigned portfolio to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives, cultivating strong partnerships with leadership teams, and driving organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; specific HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English. Arabic language skills required
  • Fair knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • HRBP- minimum of 2 years of HR experience,
  • HRBP Lead – Minimum 4 years of HR experience including business partnering
