We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our commercial sales organization as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who thrives in high-growth environments, brings deep expertise in coaching and organizational effectiveness, and is passionate about enabling teams that are bringing life-changing diagnostics to patients. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with sales leaders and their teams as they scale our reach to hospital systems and medical providers nationwide. You'll help shape how we organize, grow, and lead—serving as both a sounding board and a problem-solver. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll design scalable people systems, coach managers through complex situations, and help balance ambitious commercial goals with sustainable team health. The Senior HR Business Partner is a remote position and reports to the Head of People.
