TỔNG QUAN / OVERVIEW: Chuyên viên cao cấp Đối tác nhân sự đóng vai trò đối tác nhân sự chiến lược, chịu trách nhiệm thúc đẩy các chiến lược nâng cao mức độ gắn kết nhân viên và phát triển nguồn nhân lực.Vị trí này tập trung vào việc cải thiện trải nghiệm nhân viên, xây dựng nguồn nhân lực kế thừa bền vững, nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ và hỗ trợ mục tiêu giữ chân nhân tài dài hạn của công ty./ Senior HRBP Executive acts as a strategic HR partner responsible for driving Talent Engagement and Talent Development strategies to enhance employee experience, strengthen workforce engagement, build sustainable talent pipelines, and support long-term talent retention objectives. TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Phát triển nhân tài/ Talent Development Hợp tác với lãnh đạo các bộ phận để củng cố năng lực tổ chức và sẵn sàng nguồn nhân lực./ Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability and workforce readiness. Chuẩn bị và điều phối các buổi họp đánh giá nhân tài định kỳ; hỗ trợ lãnh đạo cấp cao trong quá trình rà soát nhân sự./ Prepare leaders for talent review discussions and facilitate quarterly talent check-in meetings. Theo dõi và báo cáo tình hình kế hoạch nhân sự kế thừa, nhận diện nhân sự tiềm năng và xây dựng kế hoạch giữ chân./ Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through identifying key talents and planning for retention. Tư vấn cho quản lý và nhân viên về các vấn đề liên quan đến hiệu suất (cải thiện hiệu suất, ghi nhận thành tích, v.v.)./ Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues (performance improvement, recognition, etc.). Phân tích các cơ hội và thách thức trong tổ chức; đề xuất giải pháp hiệu quả trong phát triển nhân tài và quản trị hiệu suất./ Identify organizational opportunities and challenges; provide effective solutions in talent development, compensation, and performance management. Phân tích dữ liệu và chỉ số nhân sự để nhận diện xu hướng và đề xuất cải tiến./ Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 2. Gắn kết nhân viên/ Talent Engagement Hợp tác cùng các bộ phận nhằm xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, hiệu quả cao./Collaborate closely departments to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Khuyến khích mối quan hệ tích cực giữa nhân viên và tổ chức thông qua công cụ lắng nghe, tương tác trực tiếp, và theo dõi sức khỏe tổ chức./ Encourage positive employee relations by using sensing tools, engaging directly with employees, and monitoring organizational health. Hỗ trợ quá trình thay đổi tổ chức, giúp nhân viên thích ứng và đồng hành cùng lãnh đạo trong việc thúc đẩy chuyển đổi./ Facilitate change management processes, helping employees navigate organizational changes and supporting leaders in driving transformation. Theo dõi, phân tích xu hướng gắn kết, xu hướng nghỉ việc và tâm lý nhân viên nhằm nhận diện sớm các rủi ro về nguồn nhân lực./ Monitor and analyze engagement trends, attrition patterns, and employee sentiment to identify workforce risks. Phối hợp với quản lý các bộ phậnxây dựng và triển khai các giải pháp nâng cao trải nghiệm nhân viên xuyên suốt quá trình làm việc tại công ty/ Partner with Business unit leaders to design and implement strategies to enhance Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle. Tư vấn cho quản lý về các giải pháp tăng cường sự gắn kết đội ngũ, đặc biệt đối với các nhóm nhân sự trọng yếu hoặc có nguy cơ nghỉ việc cao./ Advise managers on engagement improvement actions, particularly for critical or high-risk talent groups. 3. Các chương trình & sáng kiến nhân sự/ HR Initiatives / Programs Đồng hành cùng các trưởng bộ phận trong việc phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược nhân sự hỗ trợ mục tiêu kinh doanh./ Partner with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Hợp tác với các bộ phận HR nội bộ và các bên liên quan để triển khai các giải pháp nhân sự phù hợp./ Collaborate with internal HR functions and other partners to implement HR solutions that address business needs. Quản lý các dự án, chương trình nhân sự phức tạp, liên phòng ban./ Manage complex and cross-functional HR projects. YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan./ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò HRBP tại các công ty dịch vụ hoặc đa quốc gia./ Minimum 2 years of experience in HRBP roles in service or multinational companies. Có kinh nghiệm trong quản lý hiệu suất, phát triển nhân tài/ Proven experience in performance management, talent development Có tư duy kinh doanh tốt và khả năng phân tích dữ liệu nhân sự./ Strong business acumen and HR data analytics capability. Có kỹ năng làm việc với các cấp quản lý tốt./ Strong stakeholder management skill. Có kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm tốt/ Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và tư vấn tốt; có khả năng xây dựng mối quan hệ với lãnh đạo và nhân viên./ Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills; able to build effective relationships with leaders and employees. Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tin học văn phòng./ Proficiency in English and MS Office.
