Job description We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Exodigo. You'll report to the VP of HR, serving as the go-to HR expert and leading various organizational processes, while also acting as a strategic partner to our managers. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR contact and deliver comprehensive HR services across all departments, encompassing individual support, process development, and conflict resolution. Offer strategic business partnership and coaching to managers in a rapidly growing, global company. Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals, such as performance reviews. Partner with various stakeholders on issues like recruiting, finance, and legal. Utilize HR data analytics to inform decision-making and drive action plans. Lead or support work around leadership development, performance, and team health Use a mix of data and judgment to spot issues and suggest practical, people-first solutions. Jump into cross-team HR projects or task forces when priorities shift Requirements 5+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced global tech organizations. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong understanding of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. Clear and adaptable communication, especially in fast-changing environments. A focus on results, with a track record of meeting key HR goals. Curiosity and drive to improve how people work, whether through better systems, processes, or team habits. The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving without needing close supervision. A thoughtful, data-informed approach to identifying challenges and solving problems.
