Description
Fluke is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our people and business. This role goes beyond traditional HR support, it is about building organizational capability, driving cultural alignment, and ensuring talent strategies directly support Fluke’s growth and performance objectives. The strategic Sr. HR Business Partner will work side by side with business leaders in the following functions: Finance/IT and the eMaint business to anticipate challenges, influence decisions, and implement forward-looking people strategies that foster innovation, agility, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities * Partner with Fluke’s Finance, IT and eMaint leadership to align people strategy with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives drive measurable business impact. * Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to multiple member of the Fluke Leadership team including Finance/IT and eMaint, influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making. * Support talent management and succession planning efforts to build leadership depth and critical capability pipelines. * Shape and reinforce a high-performance culture aligned with Fluke values, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. * Guide leaders in change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts, integrations, or transformations. * Partner with Fortive HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated solutions. * Advocate for the employee experience, ensuring policies and programs enable people to do their best work. * Coach and develop leaders at all levels to strengthen their effectiveness and impact. Qualifications – What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. * 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HRBP role * Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is strongly preferred. * Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
