The Role:

The Senior HR Business Partner is the strategic partner to a portfolio of business units and their leaders, and the line manager of two HR Business Partners.

  • The role goes beyond generalist partnering, it exists to coach, challenge and build the capability of senior and executive leaders so they own their people outcomes. The Senior HRBP brings deep HR expertise, commercial judgement and the personal credibility to operate as a trusted advisor at the senior leadership table, while leading, coaching and setting the standard for the HRBP team.
