Be the People Partner for a group of employees, owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding. Hands-on experience of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and well-being processes of your team. Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership. Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions. Improving organizational and business processes Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies. An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond. Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants. A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions, you create solutions. A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor. Background in and/or experience with Organizational Development (OD) Improving organizational and business processes Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions. Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models Willingness to immerse in the business and the ability to transform business insight and understanding into strategic plans for workforce and development Experience working in a globally diverse culture - an advantage Passionate about HR tech, data, and employee experience.
