SUMMARY

The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Human Resources Information Systems meet the needs of a growing organization. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and HR team members to ensure the effective delivery of HR technology solutions. The HRIS Senior Analyst is expected to proactively identify opportunities to leverage HR systems to address business needs, resolve issues, and promote greater understanding and adoption of HR technology capabilities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and related systems (such as ADP, UKG, or similar).
  • High level of integrity and discretion when working with confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to train and support others in the use of HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to staying current with evolving HR technology trends through professional development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HR reporting tools and familiarity with a suite of HRIS products strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

    Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report HR data to various departments as needed.
  • Create, maintain, and support human resources information systems and databases.
  • Manage and safeguard sensitive data related to employee productivity, time and attendance, compensation, and other workforce information.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely HR data and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with system security protocols and data governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and retrieve information as needed.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization to support HRIS initiatives.
