We're seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to deliver expert functional and technical support across our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, enabling change, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors.

Note - this will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

• In this Role
• • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
• • Act as the escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration matters across the platform.
• • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• • Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
• • Partner with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective HRIS solutions and services.
• • Create and maintain user documentation, support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community

What Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands on configuration and support experience
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment
