MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead and implement SAP SuccessFactors projects with cross-functional coordination and communication.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Senior HR SAPSF Analyst with the ability to support a variety of SAP modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting, Recruiting, Integrations, etc.)
  • Analyze, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies, including and not limited to Integrations, SSO, data imports, reporting, Employee Central, Compensation, time off, etc.
  • Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and general use administration of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support various phases of business lifecycle including, needs analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, creation, testing, migration, and reporting.
  • Lead and/or participate in delivery of various projects and support end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements to post-implementation support.
  • Support & troubleshooting– Serve as Tier 1 support. Ongoing troubleshooting and diagnosing system-related issues while providing real-time feedback to end users and working with SAP support to resolve complex problems as needed.
  • Ability to customize/enhance the system to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes setting up business rules, custom fields, and workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and business applications including Oracle and other IT applications.
  • Oversee data migration and ongoing data management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e., importing/exporting data, create/ manage reports, and purge old data).
  • Stay updated on the latest features and releases, best practices, and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors platform recommending enhancements to improve system functionality as needed.
  • Create and update documentation (i.e., process-flows, system configurations) to support users.
  • Ability to create, support and deliver ad hoc report requests including but not limited to business, compliance, and government reporting.
