DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HRIS Developer to join our team. In this key role, you will drive the automation and optimization of HR processes, create non-native integrations between HR systems, and develop robust audit and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with internal HR teams and senior executives to deliver scalable solutions and ensure seamless operations across the HR ecosystem. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in HR process automation and HR systems management (3 years minimum).
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical proficiency, including Python (enough to create non-native integrations using API).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms (e.g., low-code solutions like Zenphi, Zapier, or Jira automation).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to senior business stakeholders.
• Strong accountability, ensuring tasks are completed on time with a focus on quality.
