Role Summary: Support Core HR, ORC, Compensation, and Payroll modules with security, approval workflows, AOR configuration, Sandbox testing, and VBCS extensions. Minimum one full implementation cycle required. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support Core HR, ORC, Compensation, and Payroll. Maintain security roles, workflows, and AORs. Use Sandbox for configuration/testing and support VBCS extensions. Gather requirements, map to system, and perform configuration/validation. Support SIT, UAT, and end-user training. Required Skills:- Core HR setup and workforce structures. ORC recruitment lifecycle.- Compensation and Payroll configuration. Approval workflows, Security roles, AORs. Sandbox & VBCS experience. Minimum one implementation cycle.
