This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: Senior HRM Specialist, HR Analysis What You Will Do: Reporting & Data Analysis: Independently design, develop, and maintain various Workday reports, including but not limited to employee turnover, compensation, performance, and recruitment data, to meet the needs of the HR department and business units. Data Insights & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help management make more informed decisions. System Maintenance & Optimization: Assist in managing the integrity and accuracy of data within the Workday system. Continuously optimize reporting structures and processes to enhance data usability and efficiency. Dashboard & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards using Workday Prism Analytics or other relevant tools, transforming complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations. Present regular reports to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide expert reporting support and consultation. System Updates & Testing: Participate in the testing and validation of Workday system updates to ensure reports and related functionalities operate correctly after new releases. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years’ HR experience • Team player with company-wide perspective • Ability to solve HR process related issues digging down to the details • Ability to lead multiple HR projects with ruthless prioritization • At least 3 years of experience with Workday, with a proven track record of building and maintaining reports • Analytical & Logical Thinking: Possess excellent data analysis skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Be able to extract key insights from large datasets. •Independent Work Ethic: Capable of working independently and effectively managing multiple projects under pressure.
