With the ability to assess and monitor compliance requirements and alignment with local SH&E legislative and regulatory obligations, as well as project and AECOM business requirements. Role & Responsibilities Serve as the field/project point of contact for SH&E-related matters. Identify AECOM, project, and legislative requirements and ensure stakeholder compliance. Conduct daily inspections of contractor activities to ensure adherence to SH&E policies, plans, and obligations. Perform daily visual inspections, report issues, and submit observation findings to the contractor via the project reporting system. Follow up on close-outs within established timeframes. Under general supervision, perform technical work across a wide range of environmental, health, and safety disciplines to maintain compliance with ES&H standards, as well as federal and state regulations. Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to environmental specialty with demonstrated knowledge. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems, and procedures. Monitor and mitigate hazards and health risks present in the work environment. Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints related to workplace hazards. Qualifications Minimum 8 Years + experience in relevant field Diploma or Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety.
