Our teams work across maintenance, outage and network upgrade programs that help keep communities connected and powered. We're looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our Utilities O&M team in Tullamarine and help drive positive health, safety and environmental outcomes across our operations. Reporting to the HSE Operations Manager, you'll work closely with frontline leaders, project teams and clients to support critical work, manage risk and build a strong safety culture. You'll be out working alongside our operational teams, helping them identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve how we work. You'll build strong relationships with leaders and crews, provide practical advice and help ensure our people go home safely every day. You'll also play a key role in supporting audits, investigations, assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives, while helping drive consistency across our national Utilities O&M business. Key responsibilities Partner with operational leaders and project teams to improve HSE performance and manage risk across the business. Support the delivery of One HSE Culture and critical risk management initiatives that strengthen safety outcomes. Provide practical advice and coaching on HSE compliance, risk management and industry best practice. Lead incident investigations, audits and assurance activities, ensuring effective corrective actions and shared learnings. About you Experience in a similar senior HSE role within utilities, energy or infrastructure Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, management systems and risk management practices. Experience leading investigations, audits and assurance activities to improve safety performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels. A practical, solutions-focused approach, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for creating safer workplaces.
