Senior HSE Business Analyst Location: MOL Campus, Budapest About the role The purpose of this position is to act as the corporate single source of truth for HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) performance data and insights. The role ensures consistent data governance, consolidates group-level metrics, and provides structured, actionable insights to support decision-making and strengthen HSE performance across the organisation. Key responsibilities Define, monitor and continuously improve corporate HSE KPIs and leading and lagging indicators Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support management decision-making Perform trend and root cause analyses and translate findings into clear improvement actions Ensure HSE data quality, consistency and governance standards across the organisation Manage end-to-end HSE data processes including data collection, validation, transformation and reporting Coordinate HSE reporting, including ESG and regulatory disclosures, and support audits and assurance activities Collaborate with HSE, HR and IT stakeholders to support performance improvement and alignment with HSE objectives Support the development of digital HSE tools and data-driven ways of working Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical optimization solutions Work closely with and report to the Head of Group Fire and Process Safety and Downstream Production Support Contribute to additional analytical and reporting tasks supporting HSE performance and compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, operational excellence or performance management in industrial environments Strong experience with Power BI and data modelling using DAX and Power Query Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholders Fluent English Experience working in an international environment Core competencies Structured analytical thinking and problem solving Strong focus on data governance and consistency Effective stakeholder management and business partnering Ability to support change and promote data-driven decision-making Results-oriented mindset with focus on high-impact insights High level of integrity when handling sensitive data Additional advantages Experience with HSE systems (e.g. Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, Cority, Quentic or similar) Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Experience with Power Automate or similar tools Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI tools What we offer Gross 800,000 HUF/year cafeteria Private Medicare health insurance Life and accident insurance Yearly bonus Access to top-tier training programs, including strategic, technical and leadership skills Clear horizontal and vertical career advancement opportunities across MOL Group Extra holidays for families and single parents Employee exclusive partner discounts Pre-retirement program and loyalty bonus At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
