We are seeking a highly experienced Site Senior HSE Engineer (PMC) with 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HSE activities on site, particularly in a PMC role, and hands-on experience with ADNOC projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant exposure to PMC roles and ADNOC projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage HSE activities in complex, high-risk environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• ADNOC project experience is strongly preferred.

• Lead and manage all site-based HSE activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Supervise and guide site teams to enforce safety protocols, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations on-site, ensuring corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the integration of HSE requirements into site operations and construction activities.
• Liaise with project management, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety on-site.
