Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure implementation of Project HSE Plan in conjunction with the HSE Manager.
• Provide guidance and advice to HSEO’s and Project Management to ensure compliance with all HSE requirement ( Contractual and otherwise )
• Review risk assessment, identify potential safety hazards and propose safe practices or corrective action as necessary.
• Develop in house training courses on HSE Topics and ensure its implementation.
• Review risk assessment, identify potential safety hazards and propose safe practices or corrective action as necessary.
• Develop procedures for high risk activities and brief project management on their responsibilities under these procedures.
• Audit against these procedures regularly and report any non compliance to the Project Manager and HSEM.
• Draw up the location Fire Extinguisher Plans in conjunction with the HSE Manager / HSE Officer.
• Ensure Emergency Response Drills at all Sites Monitor statutory compliance by carrying out regular inspections and auditing works including client and consultant and other audit NCRs at the allotted sites.
• Mentoring and monitoring concerned HSEOs and regularly reporting to HSEM on their performances site wise Keep abreast of latest HSE Technical information related to all company site work activities.
• Participating in all Accident investigations resulting LTA at sites HSE Controls for PMV.
• Ensure that subcontractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project HSE Policy.
• Ensure that risk assessments have been carried out where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Safety Engineering.
• Min 10 years in the same industry, 3 yrs in the same position.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• HSE Officer in the construction: 10 years (Preferred)
