What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE programs across project sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions. Assist in accident and incident investigations, including reporting, documentation, and root cause analysis. Monitor high-risk activities (e.g., working at height, lifting operations, confined space entry) to ensure safe execution. Analyze safety data, trends, and reports to support continuous improvement of HSE performance. Participate in safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks across project activities. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions to site personnel. Promote a positive safety culture through communication, engagement, and on-site supervision. What you’ll have Certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) accredited by relevant authority. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety, health, environment, or related discipline. Proven experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, and hazard identification. Experience supporting site safety supervision during hazardous operations Experience in EPC, construction, or commissioning projects across industrial sectors (e.g., refinery, pipeline, power plant) Moving forward together We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
