Ready to help coordinate tasks and keep things running smoothly Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This is a permanent part-time role, with a salary range of $56,400 - $61,700 per annum prorated, depending on skills and experience. This role commences on January 5th 2026. The shift pattern for the role is: Monday 12pm - 8pm (7.5hrs) Wednesday 4pm - 8pm (4hrs) Thursday 4pm - 8pm (4hrs) Sunday 9am - 5pm (7.5hrs) Total hours: 23 hours For more detailed information, please refer to the Position Description. Our Senior Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service, assistance and advice across a wide range of enquiries, helping current and prospective students to successfully navigate aspects of their student journey at the University of Auckland. They operate in a front-facing role as the first point of contact for services and provide supervisory support to Hub Assistants.
