PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar coordinator or administrative role, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our residents and the local community

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A relevant qualification in a related field, such as community development, social work, or business administration
• Previous experience working in a housing association or similar community-focused organization
