Master’s or doctorate degree in human factors, human-computer interaction, computer graphics, applied psychology, or a relevant area in consumer products industry. Proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience in prototyping study tools to verify research hypotheses. Validated ability to present research findings and recommendations to all levels of partners, including executive management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS The ability to discern research objectives from vague problem descriptions. 3+ years experience in mentoring junior engineers. Proficiency in the diverse toolkit of experience assessment. Experience in rapidly acquiring familiarity with emergent technologies and software algorithms. Experience in Human-AI interaction domain research. Experience in human-centered research for VR/AR space including virtual human related topics.
