Work will take place on the client’s site and facilities and/or at FORCE Technology’s facilities and you will be responsible for the administration and contact with the client from first encounter to final deliveries.
You should expect to be placed in a first mover role where you will set the agenda and drive a transition and shift of paradigm in the organizations you work with. You will be their “ambassador” for the contemporary concepts in human factors and safety, and you will, being part of the early adopters, need all your communicative skills when facing the sceptics and receiving pushback from the laggards.
