Description The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting both operational and digital/eGaming client groups. This role partners closely with leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position plays a key role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening employee engagement, and driving HR excellence across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across eGaming, technology, and operations teams, aligning people strategies with business growth and product innovation goals. • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies to support scaling of digital gaming platforms and capabilities. • Interpret and apply HR policies, ensuring compliance while evolving practices to meet the needs of a modern, tech-enabled workforce. • Enhance the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding through development focusing on engagement, retention, and productivity in a hybrid and fast-scaling environment. • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with a balanced, data-driven, and risk-aware approach. • Coach leaders on performance management, continuous feedback, and development planning, supporting a culture of accountability and high performance. • Support compensation and merit planning processes through data analysis and market awareness, particularly within competitive tech and eGaming talent markets. • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement across talent and engagement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across jurisdictions, particularly in a multi-state or global eGaming environment. • Drive employee communications and facilitate training initiatives that reinforce company culture, inclusion, and innovation. • Contribute to job architecture, role clarity, and organizational evolution to support rapid scaling and knowledge transfer. • Partner cross-functionally (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition) to deliver seamless HR operations and employee experience. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required • 8+ years of progressive HR experience • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or digitally transforming organizations strongly preferred
