REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/ Diploma in HR Management or a related field.
  • Above 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/ high-tech/ equipment supply or related industry.
  • Core skills in recruitment, government liasion, and ideally payroll management.
  • Experience in HR business partnering and employee relations experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience in Workday and/or Times software and/or Easycruit is an advantage.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn, meticulous, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to start work at short notice.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding/ offboarding/ induction, learning & development, compensation & benefits, etc.
  • Liaise with government authorities on work pass, grants, and claims-related matters.
  • Perform timely and accurate uploading/updating of employee records in company’s HR systems (using HQ master database and local HR Software).
  • Support department/group managers with human resources planning.
  • Promote safety and security practices in organisation.
  • Participate in/ lead employer branding initiatives and organisation of company events/ activities.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR projects/ duties as assigned by management as and when required.
