This role leads employee relations efforts, manages HRIS administration, supports employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs, and plays an active role in strengthening company culture. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a passion for building an exceptional employee experience.   Duties/Responsibilities:   Employee Relations: * Serve as the primary resource for employee relations concerns, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution. * Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear documentation and recommendations. * Coach managers on performance management, communication, and conflict resolution. * Identify trends and partner with leadership to proactively improve engagement and workplace climate.   HRIS Administration: * Oversee daily HRIS operations, ensuring accurate employee data, reporting, and system integrity. * Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision making. * Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.   HR Operations & Daily Support: * Respond to employee and manager HR questions with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. * Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and policy interpretation. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. * Assist with annual HR programs, including performance reviews, compensation processes, and benefits enrollment.   Culture & Engagement: * Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. * Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts. * Partner with leaders to reinforce company values and strengthen team connection. * Contribute to training and development efforts that promote growth and well-being.   Required Skills/Abilities: * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion. * Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. * A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building a great workplace culture.   Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred. * 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong emphasis on employee relations and HR operations. * Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.   Physical Requirements: * Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday. * Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry. * Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies. * Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork. * Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.   Be part of an organization that invests in you!
