Position Overview The No7 Beauty Company is looking for a passionate Senior Human Resources Manager who will champion the entire team member experience, including: * Partnering with the North American division and global HR colleagues on strategic people initiatives. * Designing and rolling out programs to cultivate an inclusive culture. * Ensuring HR operations are running effectively and in full adherence to regulatory and legislative compliance. * Supporting the North America business to reach their commercial objectives whilst fostering a positive employee experience. The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with the North American Leadership Team and global HR colleagues, leading the delivery of end-to-end HR operations with the support of a Payroll and Benefits Manager who will report to them. The ideal candidate is flexible in a constantly evolving environment and able to influence and communicate across every level of the organization.  This hybrid position is primarily based at our Chicago office, with a required on-site presence of at least three days per week.    Key Responsibilities  Strategic Business Partnering: * Lead the People Strategy: Partner with the Leadership Team and Global HR Director to define and execute a people strategy that supports commercial objectives. * Organizational Development: Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build high-performing teams. * Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, culture transformation, and change management as the business evolves. Operational Excellence & Governance: * Operational Oversight: Maintain accountability for the end-to-end HR lifecycle. Oversee the work of the Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure flawless delivery of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. * Total Rewards Management: Lead the healthcare benefit agenda to ensure affordability and competitiveness. Oversee 401(k) governance, ensuring appropriate trustee reviews and compliance with fiduciary standards. * Matrix Collaboration: Navigate the Boots ecosystem, working closely with global HR counterparts to leverage shared services (where applicable) and identify opportunities for cross-pollination. * Data & Insights: Provide robust management information and HR metrics to drive evidence-based decision-making. * Legal Collaboration: Partner with the Legal department to navigate complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy updates, ensuring the business remains compliant. Culture & Employee Experience: * DE&I Leadership: Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts within the North American market, translating global goals into local action. * Employee Relations: Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance that balances business risk with empathy and fairness. * Engagement: Design and roll out programs that cultivate an inclusive, high-engagement culture in a hybrid working environment.    A bit about you…  Experience & Qualifications: * Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with specific exposure to the CPG or Retail industry preferred. * Compliance: Deep understanding of local, multi-state, and federal employment regulations and laws. * Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring HR professionals (direct reporting experience preferred). * Global/Matrix Mindset: Proven ability to work in a matrix organization, taking directions from a global team while operating with autonomy locally. * Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HRIS concepts and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
