POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Human Resources Advisor to provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, generalist contract role ideal for a professional who combines operational capability with strong advisory skills, particularly around remuneration processes, policy, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will:

  • Provide HR advice and support across performance management, employee relations, and workplace policy.
  • Support remuneration reviews, performance appraisals, and annual HR cycle activities.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, contract generation, and employee exits.
  • Maintain HRIS records and assist in the delivery of HR projects, reporting, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and policy documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Officer position.
  • A strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating remuneration and performance review cycles.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
