Senior HR Advisor

Belfast

Professional Services Industry experience is essential for this role!

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the action? This is an opportunity to take ownership of HR support for a key regional office, partnering with senior stakeholders and managers to deliver a high-quality employee experience from joining through to leaving.

As the Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-location HR function, with plenty of scope to get involved in wider people initiatives and make a tangible impact beyond the day-to-day.

What you’ll be doing as the Senior HR Advisor:

  • Be a trusted HR adviser - provide proactive, practical guidance to senior stakeholders, managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers through people matters - including employee relations, performance, absence, flexible working, wellbeing and workplace adjustments.
  • Own key employee processes - from parental leave, probation and onboarding through to exits, ensuring everything is handled smoothly, consistently and with care.
  • Partner across the business - work with recruitment, talent, reward and people operations colleagues to deliver effective people initiatives and wider HR projects.
  • Turn people data into insight - produce management information, identify trends and provide clear updates that help shape informed people decisions.

What you’ll bring as the Senior HR Advisor:

  • HR advisory experience - you’ll have previous experience at HR Advisor level or above, within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent people skills - confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organisation and attention to detail - able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work accurately, with good numerical and systems skills.
