Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Advisor coordinates various HR/LR supports and information to managers, supervisors and other staff. This position’s concentration includes full-cycle recruitment and retention, HR/LR guidance to leaders and staff, as well as statistic presentation and tracking.
The Senior Human Resources Advisor works to support and advise a team of Directors, Managers and Coordinators in providing a wide range of human resources services: performance coaching and support, training and development, labour relations support as well as being a main point of contact for Human Resources to all within the organisation. This role works within fast paced, collaborative and supportive Human Resources Department.
