We’re looking for a motivated, organised and proactive person to join our Human Resources Operations team. You’ll gain experience supporting the HR team and wider company with all matters relating to their employment. As an HR Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our HR Operations Manager, and focus on onboarding, induction and HR administration, with involvement in the enhancement of our HR information systems. This is a broad-ranging role which works with different teams across HR and exposes you to different skill-sets.
Our team of HR Business Partners, HR Advisers and Specialists make sure we attract, retain and develop talented people across our business. We handle everything from developing a people strategy that aligns with business needs to dealing with day-to-day employee relations, recruitment, wellbeing and development. Join us and you’ll help retain and develop employees who are passionate about what they do and their contribution to the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal person will be organised, detail-oriented and keen to gain in-depth knowledge about systems and processes. You will work autonomously, and also flag issues where needed. We’re also looking for a natural collaborator, who is able to work with other members of the team, and who can develop to work confidently with our business stakeholders.
