Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Head of Resources Management and direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer (Head of HR Unit) and, in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and the Administrative Centers, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for managing the resources management functions of the Country Office (CO) including its Sub-Offices and the Special Liaison Office (SLO) in Ethiopia.
