Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in Ireland and direct supervision of the Head of Resources Management Unit; and, in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and the Administrative Centres, the incumbent will provide specialized support in the implementation and coordination of Human Resources functions in Country Office in Ireland in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and practices.
Responsibilities
The incumbent provides specialized support in implementing and coordinating Human Resources functions for the IOM Country Office in Ireland. This includes managing recruitment, contracts, payroll support, and personnel actions in accordance with organizational policies.
