As part of the Business Partnering and Culture Division, activities will be coordinated closely with the Workplace Culture Unit and the Senior Human Resources Associate will work collaboratively with other Divisions and Units within the Department of Human Resources at Headquarters, Regional Offices, and Administrative Centres to integrate performance management with other HR functions. Under the overall supervision of the Chief Human Resources Business Partnering and Culture Division and direct supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer, Performance Management, the Senior Human Resources Associate, Performance Management is responsible for providing user support and carrying out administrative functions for the Performance Management Unit in the implementation and administration of IOM’s performance management framework. The incumbent supports the implementation of IOM’s performance management framework through effective information management, performance appraisal system (PAS) administration and responding to performance management-related queries and requests.
