Key Responsibilities * Support Senior HR leaders implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy. * Actively contribute to the implementation of HR strategies * Responsible for the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations * Support Senior HR leaders on culture and workplace initiatives * Execution of HR processes in conjunction with Directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives * Drive employee engagement initiatives, including engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture‑building activities * Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.   Required Qualifications * 8–14 years of progressive experience in HRBP role, preferably from MNC. * Exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment * Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.
