Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) 737 Program is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Renton, WA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solution

  • sPromote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manne
  • rDeploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.
  • )Partner with manufacturing/production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenge
  • sWork closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of program
  • sIdentify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or intervention
  • sDevelop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objective
  • sServe as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guiding on company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflict
